Stronger Nurse was founded by Ashley Asberry, a registered nurse with more than 15 years at the bedside, including years as a travel nurse. Everything here is built from that lived experience, in three movements: Reclaim, Root, and Rise.

The Academy is the career library inside Stronger Nurse University on Skool, built for every season of nursing. Nursing students and new graduates use it to choose a specialty with clear eyes, early career nurses use it to find their footing, and experienced nurses use it to grow into advanced practice, specialty changes, and new directions. Every lesson is competency based and written to speak to you, not at you. Licensed nurses and students are both at home here. Aspiring nurses have their own room and pathways inside the University, and if you are deciding whether nursing or a specialty is right for you, start with the free Career Clarity tool.

No. The Academy is not ANCC accredited, and its courses do not offer CEUs for license renewal. Accreditation is on hold at Stronger Nurse, so please do not enroll expecting contact hours. Nurses learn here for the career clarity and competence itself.

The Academy is included in Stronger Nurse University membership, which starts at $8 a month for the Academy tier. There are no per course charges inside the membership, and you can cancel anytime. Membership details live on the Academy page.

Everything is self-paced and built in short, bite size lessons that fit around real shifts. There are no deadlines and no cohorts to keep up with, so a lesson can be one quiet sitting or one full study day. Your progress is saved inside Skool as you go.

The Academy covers the clinical specialties in depth, including Medical Surgical, Emergency, ICU, Labor and Delivery, Pediatrics, and Perioperative care, plus Advanced Practice pathways. It also carries the career courses nurses ask for most, including Career Clarity and decision making, Pre-Nursing foundations, and planning your next move with intention. New lessons are added as the library grows.

The Academy is built for competence you can feel at the bedside and in your career decisions. It is not a credentialing program, and it does not replace your license, degree, or employer training. If you need a record of completion for your employer, send us a message and we will tell you exactly what we can provide.

You learn inside a community, not alone. Members ask questions in the Stronger Nurse University rooms, learn from live guidance and member conversations, and can bring career decisions to nurses who have stood where you are standing. Ashley teaches and answers inside the community herself.

Most programs teach clinical tasks and stop there. The Academy is built around the questions nursing school never answered: which specialty fits your life, how to read a contract, how to recover from burnout, how to rise without losing yourself. It is career formation, taught by a nurse, inside a community that sees you.

Memberships can be canceled anytime and run through the end of the billing cycle. For a course purchase, every situation is a little different, so send us a message through the Contact page and we will give you a clear answer for yours. We would rather answer you directly than have you guess from a policy paragraph.

Digital PPE is the digital safety training of Stronger Nurse, built for nurses whose work and lives are online. Just as you would never walk into a room unprotected, you should never practice in public digital spaces unprotected either. The trainings live inside Stronger Nurse University as the Premium tier.

The SAFE Score is a short check that scores your digital safety from 0 to 40. Your result points to the area that needs attention first: Cyber SAFE, Click SAFE, HIPAA SAFE, or Recover SAFE. It takes minutes and shows you exactly where to start.

Cyber SAFE covers your accounts, passwords, and devices. Click SAFE covers the links, messages, and scams aimed at nurses. HIPAA SAFE covers protecting patient privacy and your license in everything you post. Recover SAFE walks you through responding when something has already gone wrong, step by step.

The full SAFE course is hosted inside Stronger Nurse University and included in Premium membership at $18 a month. All four SAFE books are in the shop as well: each ebook is $18, and the set of four is bundled at $58. Start with the SAFE Score either way, so you train where your score says you are weakest.

Start with Recover SAFE inside Premium membership, which is built for exactly that moment and walks you through in order. If a patient privacy issue may be involved, follow your employer's reporting process as well. You do not have to sort it out alone.

Everything is made to order through our production partners, including Apliiq, Printify, and Printful for apparel and accessories and Lulu for books, so your item is created fresh for you instead of pulled from a warehouse. We offer three families: apparel, accessories, and the bookstore, with print books and eBooks. Less waste, and pieces you will not see everywhere.

Your product is manufactured only after you order it. Production typically adds 2 to 7 business days, and in return you receive a brand new item made for you, with far less overproduction and waste. Because every piece is custom made, our production partners' standard policies apply, including the return policy below.

Limited releases are collections produced in restricted quantities for a limited time. Once one sells out or its window closes, it is never manufactured again, and product pages mark it clearly as Limited Release. Classic pieces are timeless designs that stay in permanent rotation, always available and regularly restocked.

Seven percent of every sale at Reclaim by Stronger Nurse goes to Stronger Nurse Stronger World, our 501(c)(3) nonprofit, calculated on the total sale price of your order before taxes and shipping, across apparel, accessories, books, and digital products alike. A $30 shirt sends $2.10, a $50 item sends $3.50, and a $100 order sends $7.00 to scholarships and nurse support. The Nonprofit page carries the mission, the programs, and impact reporting, and the nonprofit answers above cover giving and deductibility.

Yes, within 1 hour of placing it, by emailing reclaim.store@strongernurse.com. After 1 hour your order enters production and cannot be canceled or changed, because it is already being made for you.

Production takes 2 to 7 business days, then standard shipping applies for your location and method. Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days in total. When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking so you can follow it from production to your door. Peak seasons, product launches, and supply chain disruptions can extend production, and limited releases can take longer when demand is high.

Yes, to most countries. International delivery times vary, and customs duties, taxes, or import fees in your country are your responsibility, since our production partners do not cover them. Check your country's import policies before ordering.

If tracking shows delivered but the package is not there, check with household members and neighbors first, then give it 24 to 48 hours, since carriers sometimes mark packages early. If it is still missing, email reclaim.store@strongernurse.com with your order number and we will file a carrier claim. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for reprints or refunds. A package is treated as lost when there is no delivery within 30 days of shipment in the US or 45 days internationally; confirmed lost packages are reprinted and reshipped at no cost to you, as long as you report it within 1 week after those timeframes.

If the package is returned to us, we can reship it to the correct address, and the new shipping charges are yours. We cannot refund address errors, only reship, so please double check your address at checkout.

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on physical products, including clothing, accessories, and print books, and all sales are final once production begins, typically 1 hour after purchase. That includes ordering the wrong size or color, an item that does not fit, and simply not liking a product or a book's content, so please lean on the size charts, fit guides, product descriptions, and book previews before ordering. Limited releases follow this same policy. Defective items are the exception, covered next. For apparel, ordering one classic piece as a sample is a smart way to judge fit and quality before a larger order.

You are covered with a free reprint when you report it within 30 days of delivery. Email reclaim.store@strongernurse.com with your order ID, clear photo or video evidence, and a short description. Covered defects include sewing and material flaws, binding problems, print quality issues like fading, cracking, wrong colors or misprints, the wrong item shipped, and damage in production or shipping. Not covered: problems in artwork files you provided, normal placement variation, major screen to print color differences, ordering errors, and change of mind. You do not need to return the defective item; keep it or dispose of it. Our partners require claims within 30 days of delivery so production records are still available, and a reprint in a different size may not be possible if a limited collection has sold out.

Once your claim is approved, the reprint enters production immediately and ships within the standard 2 to 7 business day production window.

eBook and download sales are final once delivered, because delivery is instant; the same applies to print stationery and workbooks. Please read descriptions, previews, and sample chapters first. If you accidentally purchased the wrong digital product, email reclaim.store@strongernurse.com immediately: if you have not accessed or downloaded it, we may be able to help case by case. Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, the no refund policy applies.

Yes, through our production partners. Printify starts at 20 similar items from the same provider, with discounts up to 46 percent on products and 50 percent on shipping. Printful starts at 25 units of the same product, with discounts up to 55 percent depending on quantity. Apliiq discounts begin at 2 or more items and grow with quantity. As long as the minimum quantity of the same base product is met, you can mix sizes, colors, and even designs and keep the bulk pricing. To place a bulk order, email reclaim.store@strongernurse.com with the product type and quantity, size and color preferences, your design files, and your timeline and shipping address. We will coordinate with our partners and send you a quote. Bulk is ideal for events, team apparel, and in person sales.

Yes. Bulk orders carry no refunds, with free reprints for defects reported within 30 days with documentation, and 7 percent of every bulk order, discounted pricing included, goes to Stronger Nurse Stronger World. Volume makes the impact bigger.

Life happens, and we will treat you like a person. For documented medical emergencies or exceptional hardship, we offer store credit as a gift card rather than a refund. Email reclaim.store@strongernurse.com with the details, and each case is reviewed individually.

Stronger Nurse runs one standing discount: RECLAIM10, 10 percent off a first purchase when you join the store email list. It is one use per customer and never combines with any other offer, and some limited release collections or bulk orders may be excluded under the offer terms. There are no other sales or codes.
